Quick Connect Clamp

The Quick Connect clamps allow to be fitted without the use of any tool.

By fitting the bolt to the correct torque the best seal can be obtained.

Bolt Connect Clamp

The Bolt Connect clamp can only be released using tools and is designed for situations where dismantling of a connector without tools can be dangerous for operator safety, such as;

Quick Connect Safety Release Clamp

QCSR

The Quick Connect clamps with a safety release allow to be fitted without the use of any tool.

They can be adjusted on each end.

The quick action lever is locked with a safety release handle.

By fitting the bolt to the correct torque the best seal can be obtained.

Th QCSR clamps allow for a thicker machine flange of 3mm

TFL Adapter flange

Welding flanges or adapter flanges are meant to weld to your machinery, to adapt them, to connect with FDM or FSC type flexible connections or other accessories such as endcaps, bags or lids.

Gasket Seals

U shaped gaskets to be placed on FDM connectors

These gaskets serve as gasket seals between the adapter flange and the flange of the FDM connector.

These Gaskets can be used as a seal for:

• FDM Endcap

Endcaps

Endcaps are designed to customer requirements, next to the standard versions to close off an unused machine port.

Endcaps in clear transparent Polyurethane can also function as a looking glass so operators can see what is happening inside the machinery, for instance on the top of a sieve or sifter.

The flexible clear transparent version can also be produced in a bag version with a higher volume than the standard endcap, for instance to be used as a sample cup or on a sifter to collect particles that are rejected.

This bag version can also be made with handles to provide a grip on the bag for better bag handling.

All endcaps require the use of a gasket seal except the FSC Polyurethane version.
